Build high-precision optical communication links which used to electro-opticaltracking and pointing system(ATP system) of space optical communication. Thetwo-dimensional tracking turnable usually as execution units which is used to thecoarse tracking of ATP system. The development of its technical level and theadaptability in space environment plays an important role of the whole ATP systemand the realization of the optical communication. This paper carried out the study ofthe structure design and the adaptive of space environment about two-dimensionaltracking turntable systematically, the main research contents include the followingaspects:1) First,Seek the basic design principles of shafting support with high rigidityfrom the theory of shaft support and vibration control. Secondly dissect the influenceof characteristics parameters on the turntable dynamic response characteristics,through the research of experimental modal on two-dimensional turntable. Thirdlythe shafting supporting by finite element simulation method was studied. Thenprovide methods and ways for further optimization design of turntable dynamiccharacteristics, through the method of building mechanical model and numericalanalysis. Finally, points out the defects of current environmental simulation test.2)High stiffness and low friction of the two-dimensional turntable is a pair ofcontradictory optimization goal. Too loose fit clearance will lower the shaft stiffnessand quality of response, too tight cooperation will make the shafting friction torquetoo sensitive when in the thermal vacuum environment. Reasonable temperaturecontrol measures are put forward, which will be a very effective solution.3)Reflecting telescope as the terminal load of two-dimensional trackingturntable, will face very severe mechanical environment. Put forward to improvenatural frequency of the telescope through structure optimization and to reducevibration response of the secondary mirror through dynamic vibration absorberwhich is used to.4) Starting with researches of dynamic characteristics of the free statetwo-dimensional turntable, looking for more reasonable ways to restraint againstrotation. Then proposes a creative design of locking mechanismThe main innovation of this paper: 1) Carry out comprehensive research on space-borne two-dimensional trackingturntable, then analyses the characteristics parameters of the influence on theturntable dynamics response in detail.2) Puts forward high stiffness and low friction is a pair of contradictory designvariables when design a two-dimensional turntable, and points out that the fittingclearance of shafting plays the key role in it.3) Propose a new way of locking space-borne two-dimensional trackingturntable.
