In recent years, The rapid development of Internet in China. As of the end of December2012, Chinese internet users reached564million. Of which the most striking is that mobilephone users reached420million. And with the rise of web2.0technology, Our country newnetwork applications service Constantly bring forth the new through the old, websites, forums,instant messaging, blog, micro-blog and other network applications rapidly popularized. Withinteractive virtual world and the real world ever closer, the public use of the Internet toexpress their knowledge, ideas, participate in social management through the Internet toexpress interest demands initiative gradually. Network public opinion indisputably becomethe most important barometer of public opinion, influence of network public opinion in thegrowing.Looking at the existing domestic and international network public opinion research andmanagement methods, found that network public opinion is based on conceptual, theoreticalresearch, or network public opinion management based on national-level, utilization ofresources and means at the national level for the networks public opinion conductedmacro-control, rarely for small and medium urban local government network public opinionresearch and management methods. As an emerging field of research, network public opinionresearch need to continue to expand and innovation in close connection with the theory andpractice of. This paper studies Research on management of network public opinion inYangjiang City, is a combination of theory and practice of network public opinion research.Can the Yangjiang almost other small and medium-sized city of local governments to providereference in the network public opinion management, strengthening of small and mediumurban local government network public opinion management.First, this paper studies the basic situation of network public opinion Yangjiang, summedup the characteristics of Yangjiang network public opinion; followed by a network publicopinion research management status of Yangjiang, pointing out the existing problems inmanagement of Yangjiang network public opinion, and make cause analysis, this studyfollowed by domestic and international experience in the management of network publicopinion. Finally, the basic requirements of Yangjiang network public opinion management, and made several Yangjiang network public opinion management strategies.
