| In the paper, the discharge spouts automatic assembly machine was taken for the study. Thecontrol system was designed to improve the efficiency and precision. PC with motion card waschosen as the main controller to make XYZ-axis joint-movement and linear movement. PLC(programmable logic controller) was selected to control pneumatic, feedback the location and alarmeasily. It met the requirement of the automatic assembly.Firstly, the structure and working process of the automatic assembly machine were introduced.According to the control parameters and requirements of this project, a reasonable program of the NCsystem which included PCI-1240motion card and PLC controller was designed. The motion cardcontrolled the semi-closed control servo system.The PLC controlled solenoid valve to complete theprocess in the automatic assembly. The appropriate hardware was selected. The system was build toensure smooth and reliable operation.Secondly, PC interface of digital image process was designed. The digital image process wasused to give the feedback compensation due to deformation of work piece. The pulses magnitude wastaken replace of displacement. PCI-1240control card was used to control XY axis and to achieverequired precision.Finally, The software was installed and debugged to achieve automatic assembly. The interfacewith manual control and automatic control made the entire control system unity. |
