The iron-bird test stand is a large synthetic test bed which is mainly based on the dynamicalsystem, drive system, rotorcraft systems of a plane. The task of measurement and control system ismainly aimed at test rig, which is always consist of test sensor, hydraulic testing system, controltesting system, control and managing system, mechanical motion monitor. Through the measurementand control system can we complete iron-bird’s comprehensive test of the system, so we can provideaccurate and reliable test data for the analysis of hydraulic and control system and the basis for flightsafety and design optimization. This article is mainly studied the iron-bird measurement and controlsystem scheme, the work mainly includes the following aspects:First, this article introduces the iron-bird test stand and the iron-bird measurement andcontrol system. Combined with the work environment of test stand and the specific requirements, weanalyze the characteristics of the iron-bird measure and control system. And then put forward adistributed system architecture based on the characteristics, analyzed the advantages anddisadvantages of traditional B/S and C/S architecture, and B/S structure is applied to iron-bird system.Secondly, we put forward the.NET framework scheme of Web application as the iron-birdmeasurement and control system architecture. Database is using SqlServer2008to store theexperimental data, And using middleware technology to design the data access, transaction processing,configuration management of the whole system to improve the system performance and scalability.Thirdly, In view of the iron-bird contains a large number of sensors in the system,this paperproposes a fault diagnosis technique based on support vector machine. We establish the sensorfunction fitting between the sensors to monitor the state of the sensors. When a sensor fault occurs,the monitor gives warning and predicts the sensor data to prevent the system crash for the wrongsensor data. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of grid search method, genetic algorithm,PSO algorithm in support vector machine, a modified parameter optimization algorithm is proposed torealize the high precision prediction of sensors.Finally, the paper checks the data control of the iron-bird measurement and control system isfeasible. Including Web application based on B/S architecture design model, using Labview to achievedata transmission mode conversion in NI, data analysis and database on the server.
