In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinanese aviation industry, the hidden dangers of the airport birds collision is increasingly outstanding. Although each airport has respective driving-birds method, these methods all use some bird-scaring equipment which mostly fixed time and fixed pattern to drive birds independently. The method of these bird-scaring equipment often causes the drive birds opportunity not to be right,and these bird-scaring equipment is also not easy to control .All of these not only create drive birds effect but also waste time. How to enhance drive birds method flexibility, and how to increase the bird-scaring equipment controllability have already become one of the most important topics which the entire aviation shipping industry faced.With the development of technology, the combination of the computer technology, communication technology and multimedia technology has already become a kind of technical tendency, and has been continually expanded towards many new areas. In order to provide a more effective, safer solution to deal with the bird problem of the airports, this paper brought forward with a wireless driving-bird monitoring system software and a Driving-bird protocol base on the Data-communication technology and the progress of airport driving-birds program.This system is based on the newly developed bird-scaring equipment, with the specially designed data transmission machine as the communication platform. Driving-bird protocol is developed correspondingly under this communication platform. Driving-bird monitoring system is developed with the use of Visual C++ and SQL Server. It's a powerful system software that has different methods to drive birds, and highly effective function to manage the information of birds. Workers of the airport can operate on the system in his office and drive birds more than one kilometer away.The system software and the Driving-birds protocol is designed from the airport's point of view, with advanced technology, stable performance, and has powerful functionafter test. It has been designed under the leading technology, and has broad prospects fordevelopment.
