Over the years, semiconductors, micro-systems, communications, computers andother technology are growing fast,and the field of wireless sensor network is expanding,the performance of network connectivity is concerned by researchers. In the network,data is transmitted to other node hop by hop when the nodes encounter, then the datawill be transmitted to the sink node, and collected by the client via the networkmanagement operations or satellite. Researchers obtain data by the sink node, andmonitor the connectivity of the network and efficiency of the data transmission. Intraditional sensor networks, there is always a complete path from the source node to thedestination node, and the connectivity of network could be known from the paths.However, with the development of sensor network, opportunistic network comes intoresearchers’ view, as a mobile and non-connectivity network, the traditional analysismethods are no longer suitable,so it’s necessary to research the connectivity betweennodes in opportunistic network.Because of non-connectivity, the inter-regional node, that Ferry node, could help totransmit data in the entire network,which is very important to message transmission.Therefore, we are focused on the connectivity of Ferry node with others.Firstly, in the paper we start with classified discussion of the present study on thestatus at home and abroad about the node connectivity. Secondly, based on the proposednetwork scenarios opportunity, we get the time series of Ferry nodes communicatingwith other nodes, which can give an account of the Ferry node connectivity, and thenfigure out the Characteristic factor of the time series case. Through the further analysis,the impact factors affecting the characteristic factors are selected, which can be used todescribe the connectivity. In this paper, we choose the message delay of sink node toreflect the connectivity. At last, we build the simulation scenarios with the OnesSimulator, and analyze the relationship between various impact factors and messagedelay through the nonlinear theory of multivariate equations, and establish connectivitymodel of mobile node with the relationship. Accordingly,this result could lay thefoundation for researching network connectivity.
