PID control is the basic regulatory way and it is the most widely used, the longest history and control performance strongest in the control of the development process. PID controller has the excellent character of simple structure and good stability and reliable performance, it is easy to adjust. With the development of the theory of intelligent control and computer technology have emerged and many new control method including Intelligent PID control, as expert PID, fuzzy PID and adaptive PID. They based on PID control, and core control is PID control theory. In the industrial process control is more than 95% of the PID control loop structure. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze conventional PID controller, and to apply it in constant temperature controller.Temperature is one of the major parameters of an industrial object, thus how to make the temperature of an object, to be controlled in a prospected way is a problem that all technicians are trying to solve in factories.To ensure the normal process of production, improving product quality and the quantity. We often request the temperature which the object work to vary according to some kind the rule, which requires us to conduct real-time temperature control.Computer simulation is often used in validating design plan, forecasting system performance, detecting the latent problem of new products and estimating solution methods, and etc. It can mainly solve two problems. validating the veracity of the experiment result through analyzing designed circuit and adjusting parameters according to experiment result. So computer emulator can largely decrease the manual work, shorten design cycle and depress design cost. In this paper, steability of conventional PID is studied systematically and deeply. Some tasks were finished as listed below:(1) The stability of PID control law with theory and simulation methods are analyzed from the point of control and starting with the basic theory;(2) Tuning Methods is analyzed on the basis of the detailed theory of PID control;(3) Based on the application status and the characteristics of constant temperature controller, applying PID control law in constant temperature controller to increase the efficiency.
