From the organizationof the robot competition to the whole competition process,lots of data and information is increasing, making the contestcompetition managementmore complicated and gradually increase the difficulty.The traditional method to dealwith all kinds of information manually has been unable to meet the complexrequirements of the management.Therefore, based on the actual demand of thecompetition, it is necessary to develop a robot competition management system tocope with the disadvantage of the manual method. The system is based on theWindows dialog programand the database technology and its goal is to efficientlymanage the various types of data generated during the contest.The robot competition management system is developed by Visual C++language,and the background database is developed by SQL Server2000. The accessingtechnology of the database is ADO. The system is based on Window XP, and iscompatible with advanced operation system edition.The system includes2main modules: The competition manage module and thestaff personal information manage module.The competition management module isdesigned to achieve the goal of real-time analysis,process, display and storage the datagenerated in the race. The staff personal information manage module is designed tostore and modify the information of all the person involved in the robotcompetition.The robot competition management systemis humane, powerful, stable tooperate and the interface is simple and easy to use, meeting the managementrequirements of the robot competition.
