| The meaning of this system is to manage a project, as well as change the originalcondition of time-consuming and laborious manual operations, so as to improve the projectmanagement efficiency and accuracy. Project office is one of the governmentadministrative departments. Its main function is to organize professional talents, constructhigh level team and implement scientific management, as well as improve the managementability in the field of engineering construction, which can avoid the situation such as "hospitals built by doctors, stations built by drivers, and schools built by teachers", so as toimprove the management efficiency of government department. The system platform isproposed to be put into use, by which hope to be able to provide some experience andsuccessful cases for the construction of system platform in the engineering constructionindustry.Combined with the needs of the construction project management, this thesis uses theMicrosoft integrated development environments called Microsoft Visual Studio2005, andthe c#programming language for backend programming language to write procedures andfunctions, via the framework of ASP.NET. Meanwhile, apply SQL2005database to storethe data information in the system to develop an office management system based on B/Sstructure mode. By setting the seven function management module to manage a project andimplement the standardized management for its internal work involved a lot of information,as the data is changeable with the dynamic adjustment of the progress.Software test runs show that the software or the system function and performancemeet the system requirements made by Project office. After meeting the basic functionalrequirements of the system, test the robustness of the system to find that it also meets thebasic requirements of daily work. Furthermore, it avoids potential errors and defects in thesystem, as well as strictly following the principle of system design standards. So it isfeasible. |
