In today’s society, Email has become a core of Internet various application, whichhas more and more important application, but the security problem of the Email is atroublesome problem, because it is different from the typical network security, and the Emailcan pass firewall, so the Email system is more susceptible to the virus. Now in the currentstage of business flourishing, tracking survey the use of mail system, we found that theemployees in the enterprise without office email management has a series of problems, suchas widespread low work efficiency, confidential email easy outflows, a lot of spam and virusEmail, which will trouble the normal operation of the enterprise, increase enterprisemanagement cost, and threat the enterprise network security. Therefore solve the managementof office Email has important significance. So, how to design a safe and reliable enterpriseemail system has important significance. In the enterprise to build a controllable, safety,reliable and extensible, easy maintenance and management of email system to improveenterprise safety management and office efficiency is very important.This paper first analyzes the enterprise email security problems, and abstract theproblems, to ascend out of the function, which the enterprise’s safety management systemneed to realize. The design of the enterprise email security system USES the following threetechnology:(1) Javamail technology. System uses Javamail email to transfer information, realizeaudit management send, receive settings and rights management in the enterprise email. Andthe function of the Java extension module can be used for future the system upgrade andexpansion.(2) Encryption technology. Using encryption technology to realize the enterprise important documents and information protection.(3) The bayesian filter algorithm Bayrsian. using feature independence assumptions ofthe bayrsian, we can simplify the calculation, reduce the complexity, and has the ability todistinguish between high and the advantage of high accuracy, so we used bayesian theory,which is a representative theory of the probability method, to filter spam in our enterpriseemail system.According to the demand function in the enterprise, software function module uses thestreamline design, which can be expanded in the future. the design of enterprise email safetymanagement system is divided into three main function modules:(1) mail audit module;In this module enterprise email management is divided into the highest account、 topadministrator、department manager and the second department manager. Enterprise emailmanagement mode is the common management mode and whole process management mode.The mail auditing function contains: the email group management; Email backup and filing;email traffic monitoring and alarm function. With a mobile phone card SIM inserting into theOSM MODEM slot, and using of pushmail technique, we realized the SMS notificationwarning function. And we used the asymmetric encryption technology and realized theenterprise important mail encryption management.(2) Spam filtering module;Anti-spam filter modules using four filter layers: online filter layer, the black/white listintercept layer, DoS attack stop layer and the RBL filter layer. In the four filter layers that theRBL filter layer has the automatic learning update function, which can compare the spam datamodule and the fishing email database to intelligent adjusted and reduce misjudgment rate.And in the four filter layers we added flow control defense engine. And the bayesian theory,which is a representative theory of the probability method, used into the system and expandedthe sensitive words to18in an email in order to reduce the email misjudgment probability.(3) The auxiliary function moduleIn order to satisfy the enterprise safety need to the important information confidentialand monitoring, we added the monitor module and the SMS notification warning module.At last, using the enterprise email security management system in the XX enterprise, thesystem testing steps are introduced, and we detection the email audit and the email spamfiltering in the enterprise email security management system. The problems in the test areanalyzed and solved. The enterprise’s safety management system has the personalizedmanagement and good filter function, which can provide good email services.
