Summarized the three phase of the development of video monitoring， and describethe video processor in brief.2. Summarized and understands the internal structure of TMS320DM642， chipresources and the performance of the index. Based on this video monitoring function， itbuilt the structures involved modules.3. It designed a real-time operating for each module and test experiment of the program.The TI company provides RF-5software frame，network development set (NDK) and theembedded operating system (DSP/BIOS).With the help of TI，it completed the software ofthis system design.4. On the basis of image processing， it completed video data real-timecompression.Through the HTTP network protocol it completed the embedded networkvideo transmission system based on B/S.
