Beijing Private Colleges Of Investigation Of Physical Education Status

China’s private higher education is an integral part of higher education.In recent years,China’s private higher education in the country" actively encourage and strongly support,proper guidance, strengthening management" approach,under the guidance of governments at all levels in the attention and support given by rapid development.However,according to information available,the current Private Universities especially for the private college to study physical education.in the small,and this is bound to affect the people of college sports education for sustainable development,this study aimed at the Beijing Private College physical education research to identify its characteristics,for the relevant department of education administration guidance Private College Physical Education to provide reference for the work.In this study can be approved by the Ministry of Education,Beijing issued an independent diploma from the University of Private Universities targeted by documentation,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys, mathematical statistics,survey research methods,such as law,mainly Beijing Private City College administration,physical education teachers, sports venues,sports classroom teaching,extra-curricular sports and extra-curricular sports training and sports competitions,and other aspects of an investigation,using Excel software mathematical statistical analysis and logic analysis,and research results are as follows:(1) Currently,Beijing University of Physical Education Private Status there are still some deficiencies in,but is gradually improving, and Beijing’s Private Colleges is in the development stage of the adaptation;(2) ordinary Beijing University of Physical Education Private management mechanism still lacks standards,the school of physical education understanding of the importance of the work of the lack of support and not enough intensity;(3) Beijing University of Physical Education Teachers in Private structure has its own characteristics,but teachers are still young,and the structure is not very reasonable; (4) Private Universities in Beijing venue construction and equipment has begun to take shape,barely able to complete the task of Physical Education,it is still unable to fully meet the physical education teaching,extra-curricular physical exercise,training and the need for competition;(5) failure to conduct extensive extra-curricular sports activities,the lack of organization and management,community and extra-curricular sports training and sports competition has its own characteristics.Private targeted at Beijing University of Physical Education of the status quo,with the country on college sports education,as well as on Private Universities of related laws and regulations,the coming of Private Colleges Physical Education Development Strategies:(1) to establish and improve the legal system for private education,strengthen supervision of the(2) in Beijing on a regular basis Private College of Physical Education evaluated to assess promote the construction,(3) increase the input of funds sports on the basis of the existing stadium facilities for the comprehensive development(4) Sports strengthen the building of the contingent of teachers,Building a high-quality sports teachers(5) strengthen the extracurricular sports organizations and guidance;(6) the results of physical education and school reputation linked to enhance private college education work in the sports enthusiasm;(7) Strengthening Private Construction characteristics of college sports.
