Teaching environment of physical education, an important element of modern physical education theory, has a great influence upon teaching efficiency without actually enough attention paid. In people-oriented physical education, harmonious teaching environment will not only promote healthy development of students, but also enhance teaching quality. Therefore, the analysis of physical education teaching environment in Henan private universities and their existing problems will provide guidance for the its beautification.With the application of document-data method, questionnaire method, mathematical statistics method as well as logic analysis method, the author launches an investigation into physical education teaching environment in Henan private universities. The results are as follows:First, the stadiums can’t meet the needs of students with inadequate facilities and slow update. What’s more, the quality and quantity of facilities with unreasonable layouts in sports ground are grotesquely uneven. Second, with inadequate qualified teachers, unoptimized allocation of physical education teaching resource and outdated facilities, the system of teaching management still has a long way to go. Third, the unevenly professional ability of physical education teachers needs to be greatly improved. Forth, due to the shortage of platforms, information about physical education spreads slowly. Lastly, because of the different target cognition, the relationship between students and teachers is not an idealistic one.Faced with these tricky problems, we should take the following steps:First, we should improve the physical environment of physical education teaching by widening the source of physical education funds and enhancing the investment in physical education funds in private universities. Second, we should increase the usage of stadium through reasonable planing and optimized layout of facilities. Third, we should enhance the system of teaching management in a university by setting up a leading group which supervises the effective implementation of physical education. Forth, we should improve professional ability of teachers by providing them great opportunities to learn, to exchange and to train. Fifth, we should optimize the allocation of teachers and resources by reasonably introducing talents in burgeoning sports events and regrouping teaching staff. Sixth, we should broaden the tunnels for easy communication between teachers and students and change the traditional teacher-oriented concept of physical education teachers. Lastly, we should cultivate a better cultural atmosphere of physical education and broaden the spread of physical education information. We can boost the healthy and steady development of students by guiding students to develop a scientific and lifelong concept of study. |
