On The Formation And Eraluation Of The Judging Ability Of Aerobics Majors In Hunan PE Departments And Colleges

Aerobics judges’ standard in upholding justice has a direct bearing on the development of aerobics:judges of high standard and of high quality can ensure a smooth match and advance its development.The thesis makes an investigation in the formation of the judgment ability of those aerobics majors studying in about ten PE departments or colleges of Hunan Province by means of documentations, questionnaires,expert interviews and mathematical statistics for the purpose of improving those majors’ judging ability.After the investigation and statistics,it is found that the PE departments and colleges in Hunan put great emphasis on practice training and much less stress on judge theory learning when educating aerobics majors and that the PE departments and colleges in Hunan attach no importance to the ability training of those judges because their class hours only occupy 1.1-6.7%of the curriculum.With the statistics and factor analysis,it is also found that the judging ability of aerobics majors in Hunan PE departments and colleges is made up of six main factors(such as intelligence factor,EQ factor,specialty acquisition factor,basic quality factor,judging factor and professional attitude factor) and 29 indexes,and the six factors’ devotion rates are respectively as follows:15.628,11.604,10.972,9.493, 9.206,7.005.Under the guide of the systematic and educational theories and by use of the scientific survey and evaluation principles in PE research,the index model of judging ability of aerobics majors in Hunan PE departments and colleges is completed on the basis of the combination of aerobics judge rules and regulations learning and practice,which makes the evaluation model design scientific,accurate, easy to survey and instructive;by the arrangement of the data,the evaluation formula of judging ability is drawn:Y=0.2403Y1+0.1826Y2+0.1727Y3+ 0.1494Y4+0.1449 Y5+0.1102 Y6,and thus the index evaluation system is formed, which is suitable to the judging ability of aerobics majors in Hunan PE departments and colleges.
