The Research Of Subjective Judge Process Of Difficulty And Beauty Sports’s Referees

Difficulty and beauty sports belong to the typical subjective judge of competitive sports,in the past years many domestic and foreign major progect matches caused to question triggered by judging justice problem.This study chose the difficulty and beauty sports referee’s subjective judge process as the research object,the thinking process of referees during work in this field are studied,revealing the content of the thinking process,timing and frequency of Various type of thinking,exploring the mechanism of the thinking process,principle,further more solving the problems that exist in the reality.The main research content are referees’ thinking types of subjective judge process,including the law and characteristics of thinking types;The factors that affect the judge of refereeing in the real work,as well as the relation of internal factors;The mental model of the referees’ subjective judge process;Finally,try to use mental model theory to explain cognitive phenomenon of judge,discussion of the application value of the model.The mental model of the referees’ thinking process of subjective judge is the most important research content,this model is established on the basis of two empirical studies,namely of the cognition task analysis and analysis of impact factors to difficulty and beauty sports referees.Through Situational Awareness and Sensemaking theory combined with empirical research data,generally adopts the method of inductive logic to construct theoretical model.Finally took a video judge at a laboratory test,try to explain the test results with the construction of model theory,then discusses the application value and prospect of the theory model.This research adopts conventional science research methods such as literature method,observation method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics analysis method,at the same time,using Cognition Task Analysis of Naturalistic Decision Making research,the Think-Aloud Protocols method in exploring the referee’s decision thinking type played an important role in the process,including the Retrospective Think-aloud Protocols and the Concurrent Think-aloud Protocols.Another important research method of this study,the factor analysis method in examining influence factors of the expert referee in the process of the subjective judge played a leading role,including the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.78 experts of Interview subjects of this study,the questionnaire survey to 851 person-time,Think-aloud Protocols survey of 64 people,processing 388 audio segments of thinking,analyzed 3096 units of thinking,object of video judge test for 280 people,participating and observing eight major difficulty and beauty sports competitions,research area sprad all over eight different parts of six provinces throughout the country.Cognition Task Analysis results show that the subjective judge types of difficulty and beauty sports have 7 categories,13 subgroups,7 categories respectively are performance decisions,comparison decisions,impression decisions,condition decisions,review decisions,grade decisions and prejudice decision.Which of performance decisions,comparison decisions,grade decisions appear most of decreasing frequency,review decisions,condition decisions,and impression decisions appear sometimes,prejudice decisions rarely appear.Performance decisions fill up the whole thinking process,followed by comparison decisions.Performance decisions,comparison decisions,grade decisions constitute the main line of thinking;Factor analysis results show that interference judgment,attention scope,primacy effect,appearance and temperament,stereotypes of five dimensions,impact factor of the 18-item model can well explain the factor structure of difficulty and beauty sports referees’ subjective judge process,five factors explain 72.408%of the total variation;Difficulty and beauty sports referees’ subjective mental model presents the thinking mode of information awareness and understanding,comparison and evaluating,and the model shows the characteristics of three main thinking process cycle,as well as the external pressure,load,time,internal psychological effect of interference judgment,primacy effect,stereotypes,influence the judge process;The mechanism of referees’judge mental models can be interpreted by the theory of "cognition map",the perception and understanding,comparison and evaluation of the process of thought is in the long-term memory related "cognitive map" to participate in,every judge thinking has the potential to be experience "cognition map",become a long-term memory stored;The mental model of difficulty and beauty sports referees’ subjective judge process has practial and application value,including perfecting the referee training system,standardize the judge strategy in the perspective of cognition,study expert referees’ judge thinking;Promote the progression of refereeing method scientifically,unified judge standard,enhance the level of objectivity of the refereeing method;Promote the athletes training,make training schedule according to refereeing judge thinking;Improve the game fairness and reduce the disturbance of various factors;Reduce competition disputes,popularize the cognition of judge thinking process.
