Purpose:The human body in the great strength, strenuous exercise for a short period of time in the process, the body is under the larger load. In this process, the body in order to maintain the exercise intensity, the nervous system of the muscle fibers to raise state will change too. By wingate anaerobic power test system, and this study ME6000-16 t myoelectricity telemetry system, anaerobic power will be collected experiment of the proceeds of the 30 s and electrical related data to study the changes of analysis, and then to exercise the body in the process of anaerobic metabolism capacity and through analyzing the relationship between the electrical changes.Method:With 10 project athletes sanda specialty as the subjects, adopts Monark843 power cycling, ME6000-16 t myoelectricity telemeter, TM- 6710 cl test instruments, such as high-speed photography system through the study of the 30 s of the subjects of wingate power cycling test. In the process of experimental subjects in Monark843 power bicycle to warm up and length of 30 s formal testing; Before the formal testing myoelectricity tester will ME6000-16 t telemeter of myoelectricity paste on the muscles of the test, and in the experimental testing process using ME6000-16 t myoelectricity telemeter record electrical data; Set up formal test after the start of the tester TM- 6710 cl high-speed photography system experiment. Experiments in the process of test record subjects in cadence cycling in the process of PP, AP, FI, i EMG, RMS, MP, MPF and anaerobic power and electrical related data. So, in the process of movement to control time, reduce the coordination of muscle fiber drop caused by the lower power capability.(3)Muscle MP, MPF and anaerobic metabolism capacity significantly related. In the process of movement, muscle fiber MP, MPF with the increase of load weight gradually decline. After 10 to 15 s phase in the process of the experiment, all the muscle fibers of the MP, MPF numerical showed a trend of decline. With the accumulation of fatigue, muscle discharge situation of change, more is given priority to with slow-twitch muscle fibers low-frequency discharge. After 10 to 15 s phase, gastrocnemius MP, MPF biggest drop in, and of the biceps femoris muscle in his quadriceps, MP, MPF, less volatile, explain the quadriceps become the main force of muscle. At the same time MP of muscle fiber, MPF descent also illustrates the strength of muscle fibers. Therefore, the movement in the late in order to keep the strength you need to mobilize the participation of more fast muscle fibers.(4)In the process of test, the athletes’ anaerobic power curve and the curve of i EMG is most similar to that of integral electromyography(i EMG) gradually increased with the increase of load weight. Because of the difference of muscle fiber types, different types of muscle fibers in the process of movement to raise change is different. So different test i EMG of muscle fibers changes. Anaerobic power curve and the curve of RMS is more similar, but the RMS drop is very small, that muscle fibers in the late movement coordination, the synchronicity between higher, helps maintain muscle strength. The athletes’ anaerobic power curve and MP, MPF curve is large, especially around 15 s. Instructions in the testing process, the athletes’ anaerobic power correlation with i EMG is bigger.
