Yi Li region has many more remote villages and towns, agricultural and pastoral areas, gathered a lot of minorities and their level of knowledge is low, poor foundation of Chinese, to the local schools and teachers’ teaching brought enormous challenge, Zhao Su County Police Cha Han Wu Su town was one of them. Because of various subjective and objective factors, the teaching of history course is difficult.School class students are mostly ethnic minority students, Chinese level is poor, in the history of the classroom, some students do not understand the history of teaching Chinese, let alone understand the history of the word. Students lack of learning initiative, and accustomed to the old "teacher, students listen" teaching model,teaching into the unilateral knowledge input, students have no reaction, teachers without success, the whole teaching process almost no validity whatsoever.Investigate its roots also have to implement the student’s learning. Teaching is to teach students to learn, if the students themselves have lost the power of learning,teaching how to be successful. As educators have said, the teacher’s task is to develop children’s true sense of satisfaction that is to lead students to learn the intrinsic motivation, so that students have the confidence to have an interest in learning.Students because they do not understand, do not understand, the history of learning can not give them satisfaction and sense of accomplishment, lack of internal motivation to learn history, this is the real reason they do not want to learn history. In order to improve the situation, I decided to grab from the foundation, grab from reading, and gradually develop their history reading ability, so that they can read the textbook, to understand its meaning, so as to enhance the history learning satisfaction,enhance the confidence they learn the history of the, arouse their interest in learning,improve their learning initiative and improve their academic level.Reading is one of the most basic learning activities, and it is very important to learn to read in the course of history. I in the process of teaching, on the field visit and questionnaire survey of coaching students in grade seven, using psychology,educational science related theory, combined with our own teaching experience were a series of focus on the students of history reading ability in the practice exploration.This paper is divided into five parts, the first part of the study of dynamic reason and mainly elaborates this topic; the second part mainly discusses the history reading ability concept, composition and significance; the third part through field observation,investigation and access side of the questionnaire analysis, understanding foundation,learning history learning in the teaching of history in the process of psychological,physiological status and the influencing factors of cultivating the ability of students to read history, so as to find out the root of the problem, explore the teaching method suitable for students; the fourth part combined with the actual situation of the related theory and students, explore the process of students’ reading ability training practice throughout the history of discourse, including the practical exploration of cultivating good reading habits the teaching methods, students history reading ability and practice training in the classroom and reading ability. Should pay attention to the problems in the process, and summarize and reflect on the research of teaching strategies. The fifth part is the conclusion. This paper mainly discusses the problems and problems in the course of the practical research.
