Classroom learning environment is a very complex system. It includes a variety of elements. From the beginning of 1930 s, classroom learning environment gradually became a hot topic over the years by domestic and foreign scholars, and a lot of great results were concluded. Different researchers also have different opinions. This article mainly aims to explore the psychological classroom learning environment. According to the above various results, this study researched high school Uygur students of Senior High School Urumqi to explore the differences in perceptions of an actual classroom environment and an ideal English classroom learning environment. This article aims to compare the different perceptions between the actual and the ideal English classroom learning environment of Uygur students by a case study of Senior High School Urumqi. And then the article proposed suggestions to improve the classroom learning environment. Through questionnaires, interviews and classroom observation, it concluded that the whole perception of senior middle school Uygur students in bilingual classes for actual English classroom learning environment is high, and they show very high expectation on the ideal perception of English classroom learning environment. This study also expressed the differences between the two perceptions, and the reasons include aspects of teachers, students, classroom order, teaching materials and learning tasks. Finally, this study implicated that teachers should enhance the interaction with students in the classroom; teachers are requested to stress on students’ learning tasks consciousness; teachers should guide students to learn to establish good order in the classroom; students must take part in class activities as much as they can; the authority should strengthen emphasis on Uygur students English learning, teaching materials should be selected for the true situation of Uygur students in their English teaching.
