Language is the basis of bilingual teaching, the minority students in Xinjiang, to master and use of Chinese language is very important, because in the bilingual education in Xinjiang, the first to break through the language barrier,in order to make bilingual education implementation of bilingual education in Xinjiang, many schools try to use this teaching model, because of the different areas of the educational environment and language environment, the teaching effect is different.In order to improve the quality of the basis of bilingual education, Xinjiang, the various schools do a lot to try and explore, for example, some schools will be bilingual physics teaching design into two parts, a part is the physical professional Chinese teaching,namely the the teaching of the physical terms, the main purpose is to study students’ grasp of physics classroom teaching language knowlege, the other part of the content of physical teaching. But in practical teaching, students will have different levels of language obstacles in physics learning. Bilingual teaching is not only the activities of teachers, students are also learning activities,at the same time the two sides effort.In this study, in the full understanding of the policy of bilingual education in Xinjiang and the bilingual teaching mode based on, mainly with bilingual physics curriculum in junior middle school, in ego practice, survey based, to Urumqi,Xinjiang, the 46 schools and 16 secondary respectively, the problem about the language barrier in the bilingual teaching of junior middle school physics and solving countermeasures of investigation and research.The introduction part introduces the research background, research significance.The definition of the second chapter of the language barrier problems in bilingual teaching, introduces the language in the Bilingual Physics Teaching role.The relevant contents of the third chapter of the 46 Middle school of Urumqi city and 16 bilingual middle school physics teaching survey is introduced in this paper. The survey is mainly used in lectures, questionnaires and interviews, the purpose of the investigation, survey, survey content, survey results and analyzed the result of the survey.The fourth chapter of the survey results of thinking and inspration.The last is the conclusion and prospect.
