Cooperative learning has risen and developed rapidly in the United States since the early 1970 s. It has obtained the good result and become one of the finest examples of contemporary teaching reform.Since the 1980 s, China’s education experts and scholars held a large number of research which has made many great achievements. But now different experts hold different opinions about the cooperative learning, a lot of researches have stayed at the theoretical study. The study is much less on the concrete implementation method, teaching form, and the evaluation of the results, and it is lack of the integration with high school biology teaching.Cooperative learning has active influence on cultivating students’ consciousness of cooperation, increasing students’ interest in learning, enhancing the communication ability of students and improving academic performance.Normalized to implement cooperative learning will help to improve students’ comprehensive ability. In order to achieve it,, the paper is going to make a research among biological group work of Grade 2 in Senior high school in Xinjiang Normal University. There are following shortages in cooperative learning:(1) The form is unitary,(2) The communication time between students is short.(3) Evaluation of thinking way is single.(4) To carry out the group cooperative learning time is short.(5)The team cooperation preview effect is grim.Based on the analysis of the above questions we put forward the following strategies to promote group cooperative learning:(1) To broaden the group cooperative learning teaching organization form, like team cooperation experiment,extracurricular research subject, knowledge competition can improve students’ learning enthusiasm.(2) Students should spend more time on cooperative learning no matter they are in class or not.(3) The formative assessment and the combination of process evaluation help to realize the synchronous learning and evaluation.Through the implementation of the above strategy, we draw the following conclusions:(1) The normalized implementation of cooperative learning is good for students to improve the interest in learning and develop good study habits.(2) the normalized implementation group cooperation study plays a role in promoting grades and ensures that cooperative learning time has a positive meaning.
