As China’s per ca-pita GNP, it has entered people’s lives and well-off level to achieve modernization, gradually approaching the level of moderately developed countries. Getting better and better economic conditions, coupled with the implementation of family planning policy so that current couples have only one child,these two facts for parents to pay attention to their children’ education issues fully prepared condition.Although the two-child policy is now fully liberalized, but the policy has not yet developed to the extent that would affect the relationship between primary school teachers and parents.Therefore, this study based on the above background, to explore students so far the relationship between parents and teachers..This article will field studies and theoretical research combined,using symbolic interaction theory and social exchange theory as the theoretical framework, analysis both of the Parents and teachers from the relationship types between them.The study found that different parents will use different mechanisms of thinking when choosing a primary school teacher to take a different coping strategies.Given the current crisis of confidence in the community of teachers, some parents and teachers choose the spiritual and material resources exchange.This section of parents provide teachers by "good" to increase teachers’ attention to their children.With the capital different individuals have, they were able to give the teacher’s benefits are different.Similarly, base on the crisis of confidence for teachers, some parents or through personal social network communication,or their own lives in the closed society of acquaintances,They seek for a pr-existing social ties who is also a primary school teacher to replace teachers on the social mainstream distribution as their children’teacher.There are still some parents, they have no social resources,who just living at the bottom of the majority of people.They also wanted more contacts with primary school teacher, but they either have enough self-confidence,that offers cultural equality to exchanged with teacher,or provide economic benefits for teachers,yet a certain circle of contacts;Although some parents have a certain social status, but in their concept of the system they do not want to have contacts with primary school teacher.So the relationship between them and teachers are merely acting in accordance with the rulesand regulations, are nominal.Each relationship between coping strategies are reflected in the attitude of parents for their children’ education problems.it is also refracted the parents own values,economic conditions and social capital.But behind each relationship,there issued the question of moral decline or lagging educational development.Study has attempted to propose way to solve,We are hoping to benefiting relations between parents and primary school teachers.
