| Parents and teachers are important persons affecting students’ growth in the process ofdevelopment. Establishing a harmonious parents and teacher’s relationship have not onlyPositive role in promoting the school life of teenage children but also influence teacher’sprofessional development significantly.This study based on the changes of population and families, and teachers’ professionaldevelopment needs, investigates the current status of primary school parent-teacherrelationship, explores different points of understanding and behavior between the differentlevels of the professional development of teachers about the relationship between parents andteachers. It focuses on analyzing the interaction between parents and teachers and teachers’individual professional development. On the one hand, teacher professional developmenttheory will be enriched; On the other hand,it will raise awareness and ability of teachersabout how to service Student’s family.This study reflects the importance of the value of socialreality.The research is divided into five parts: The first part is about significance of theresearch.It organizes and comments the conditions of the relevant literature.And it introducesthe ideas, content and methods of the study. The second part elaborates the relevant theory ofpromoting interpersonal contacts between teachers and parents.Taking it as the theoreticalsupport of building a harmonious relationship with parents and teachers to promoting theprofessional development of individual teachers. The third chapter of empirical is the study ofthe overall design and planning.It details the research purposes, research content, the objectof the research and specific implementation process. The fourth chapter analyzes the surveyresults.It mainly discusses the current status of the development of elementary schoolparent-teacher relationship,the specific knowledge and participation of teachers in thepractice of parent-teacher relationship behavior,the differences between teachers of differentseniority and titles when they deal the relationship with parents.It focuses on therelationship between parents and teachers for primary school teachers of teachers’professional knowledge, professional self-affective and professional impact. The fifth partcombines the results of empirical research, summarizes the general features of the currentelementary school parent-teacher relationship and analyzes how the relationship betweenparents and teachers and teachers’ professional development of individuals influence eachother.At last,it proposes some recommendations that improve relations with parents andteachers to promote the professional development of teachers. |
