Objective:Aging muscular atrophy is not only refers to the decrease of the quality of the skeletal muscle,also include muscle function gradually decline,strength decrease,the biggest contraction speed(and generally slow systole and diastole.Under the background of population aging in our country,diseases associated with aging older population had been growing trend,the in-depth study on aging muscular atrophy and treatment has become a potentially dangerous problem,and will cause more and more attention.But to choose appropriate prevention aging muscular atrophy and intervention plan is still to be solved problem.As a result,work out feasible training plan to intervene the old muscle atrophy has very important significance.Methods:The study was based on 15 elderly patients with aging muscle atrophy in the nursing home of ziyang lake in wuhan city,with eight men and seven women.To EWGSOP muscular atrophy(European old aging research team)issued on the basis of the standard,the tested body function index and biochemical index of blood collection,body function indicators include: grip strength(man ?30 kg,woman ?20 kg),skeletal muscle mass(man 10.76 kg/m2,woman 6.76 kg/m2)and 4 meters pace ? ?(male/female ?1 m/s),blood biochemical indicators include: superoxide dismutase(SOD)and insulin growth factor 1(IGF 1),the myostatin(MSTN),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF alpha).By comparing muscle rehabilitation training for 12 weeks,muscle rehabilitation training on aging muscular atrophy of body function indexes and blood biochemical indexes in patients with effect,establishing scientific and reasonable for aging patients with muscular atrophy movement scheme.Results:(1)after 12 weeks of muscle rehabilitation training,comparing the old body function indexes before and after the intervention,expression is: after the intervention of elderly men,grip strength was significantly greater than before(P < 0.01);After the intervention,the older men were significantly higher than the preintervention(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in the skeletal muscle mass index(P > 0.05)before the intervention.(2)after 12 weeks of muscle rehabilitation training,compared to male blood indexes before and after intervention in the elderly,expression is: after the intervention of male elderly insulin-like growth factor 1 igf-1 there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),and after the intervention of male elderly myostatin MSTN,tumor necrosis factor TNF alpha were significantly lower than that of before intervention(P < 0.01,P < 0.05),after intervention the male elderly superoxide dismutase SOD was significantly higher than that of before intervention(P < 0.01).(3)after 12 weeks of muscle rehabilitation training,compared to older women before and after the intervention of the body function index,grip strength are: after the intervention of older women than before the intervention(P < 0.01);After the intervention,the older women were significantly higher than before the intervention(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in the skeletal muscle mass index(P > 0.05)before the intervention.(4)after 12 weeks of muscle rehabilitation training,compared to older women before and after the intervention of blood indexes,performance for: after the intervention older women insulin-like growth factor 1 igf 1 there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),after intervention in older women myostatin MSTN,tumor necrosis factor TNF alpha were significantly lower than that of before intervention(P < 0.01,P < 0.05),superoxide dismutase SOD after intervention in older women,significantly higher than that before(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)muscle rehabilitation training of men of the elderly aged muscular atrophy grip strength and body function indexes of four metres pace affect obviously effect on skeletal muscle mass index SMI diagnostic indicators is not obvious,characterized by increased after the intervention grip,four metres pace up,but no significant changes in skeletal muscle mass index SMI.Aging muscular atrophy of male elderly serum index of MSTN,SOD,influence of TNF alpha,obviously not obvious effects on the index of serum IGF-1,show the MSTN after intervention,TNF alpha index decreased,SOD index rose,while the IGF-1 index did not change significantly.(2)aging muscle rehabilitation training on older women muscular atrophy grip strength and body function indexes of four metres pace affect obviously effect on skeletal muscle mass index SMI diagnostic indicators is not obvious,characterized by increased after the intervention grip,four metres pace up,but no significant changes in skeletal muscle mass index SMI.Aging of muscular atrophy of older women serum index of MSTN,SOD,influence of TNF alpha,obviously not obvious effects on the index of serum IGF-1,shown as MSTN,TNF alpha index decline after intervention,SOD index rose,while IGF 1 index did not change significantly.
