The students of the integrated class of Minority and Han people come from different nations,has the rich national cultural background.The class mergers for both Han and Ethnic Minority students is a education system which dominated by the mainstream culture,challenge of the value of ethnic culture is severe.Promoting different national culture in the depth of integration and interaction is essential to development of the integrated Class of Minority and Han Students as well as development of University education quality in ethnic minority areas.Class spirit culture of Integrated Class of Minority and Han Students in Xinjiang universities is a main way to combine the mainstream culture,ethnic culture and other cultures.The cultural blend is a process of mutual exchange and integration of different cultures.In the context of multi-cultural,abundant connotation of this idea,which consists of diversity,innovativeness and contemporaneity,provides an original standpoint for us theoretically and a way of promoting the interactive process of collision, communication and fusion among different cultures in practice.Class spirit culture of integrated class of Minority and Han students in the concept of cultural blend mainly refers to harmonious blend of culture among different ethnic groups of students,and it has the specific performance of the class goal oriented culture blend,the class public opinion for national unity,harmonious class interpersonal relationship,the class activities highlighted the national characteristics.Research on class spirit culture of integrated class of Minority and Han students in Xinjiang universities in the concept of cultural blend has theoretical significance and practical meaning.It will be not only helpful to promote dialogue and understanding between cultures,but also helpful to stimulate students’ sense of national identity and national pride, optimize class management and cultivate students ’ cross-cultural adapt.This research mainly adopts questionnaire survey in three colleges and universities in xinjiang.Through Examining the current situation of the class spirit culture of integrated class of Minority and Han students in Xinjiang universities from the perspective of cultural blend,we find that different ethnic culture is not got enough attention.The goal of class is lack of guidance of the harmonious development of different ethnic culture.Respecting and comprehending the different among the member’s culture and national solidarity are the orientation of the class public opinion.But it has,perhaps inevitably,there are some comments threaten national unity.Relationship among the integrated class of Minority and Han Students is harmonious,but the conflict caused by cultural differences still exist.In addition,class activities is diverse,but is lack of the exhibition of different national culture,which will attract more and more college students.The study also found that there are significant differences in the four dimensions of the class goal, public opinion, class interpersonal relationship and class activities in the different colleges and universities,and there are significant differences in class goals between different grades,but there are no significant differences in class public opinion, classinterpersonal relationship and class activities between different grades.According to the above analysis of the status,based on the concept of cultural blend,researcher proposes some suggestions to improve the class spirit culture of integrated class of Minority and Han students in Xinjiang universities from the following three aspects:school,headteacher and students.In the first place, the school should be the leader in promoting the construction of the class spirit culture of integrated class of Minority and Han students;Secondly, the headteacher should be the main force to promote the construction of the class spirit culture of integrated class of Minority and Han students;Finally, we should give full play to the "main body" of the students in the construction of the class spirit culture of integrated class of Minority and Han students...
