The Construction Of The Class Culture In The Multic Ultural Field

During the construction of the class culture in the multicultural field,class culture construction has its own characteristics,but also faces new problems and challenges because of the diversity of the school's regional culture and the students' background culture.Firstly,this paper reviews the literature of class culture and Multiculturalism.From the point of view of organizational culture theory,the class is divided into material culture,system culture and spiritual culture.Secondly,the paper selects X class of Q University in the multicultural field as the researched sample of this study,through interviews,observation and other research methods to collect research data,and summarizes the current situation of class X's class culture construction.From the four angles of organizational culture,the paper summarizes the experience and deficiency of the class X in the multicultural field.In the aspect of exp erience,first of all,the class x in the class culture construction has fully played the role of the material culture and behavior culture's metaphorical function;Secondly,according to the supportive hypothesis concept,the culture system suitable for class X's features is coming into existence;finally,according to the basic hypothesis is concept,class X,in the construction of class culture construction,treats cultural spirit as the core,and a positive and stable developing class body is established.Lack of performance shown in four aspects,firstly,the class material construction is not perfect,specifically in the hardware facilities,teachers and students mutual participation;secondly class behavior culture construction should be enriched,including the unbalanced development of cultural activities,the application of information network technology and outdoor culture activities;thirdly,the system cultural construction needs to strengthen its scientific comprehension and execution;fourthly,the core leadership of spiritual culture construction needs to be further shown in the class culture construction,which is shown in less attention to the ideological and political education and unclear of the core meaning of class cultural construction.The construction of university class culture in the multicultural field,firstly,needs to based on organizational culture construction theory,to play a role of "building",specifying the main role of schools,teachers and students of it.Secondly,from the four aspects of class culture construction content,to improve the material culture,carry out behavior culture,formalize democratic class system culture,and emphasize the importance of spiritual cultural values,strengthen the guidance of students' emotional attitude.
