The number of rural primary school affiliated kindergartens throughout the country increased rapidly after the completion of the first three year plan of action for pre-school education.At least in the future for a period of time, the primary school affiliated kindergarten will still be an important part of the rural public preschool education institutions and continue to contribute to the popularization of rural pre-school education.Level to the professional development of rural primary school affiliated kindergarten principals, not only related to the specialization of affiliated Park Elementary School Principal occupational groups, but also to the improvement of education quality in rural primary school affiliated nursery school,and even affect the development of the rural preschool education and the preschool education.It is necessary to measure the professional development status of rural primary school affiliated kindergarten principals after the ‘The principals’ professional standard of kindergarten’ was issued.In order to study the professional development of the special group,this study is based on a case study which has conducted literature analysis,interview and physical collection method and so on to study rural primary school affiliated kindergarten principals’ professional understanding and awareness of themselves’ work,the level of mastering knowledge,obtaining professional competence and taking professional conduct based on their situation of performing six professional responsibilities at planning the development of kindergarten, creating a culture of education,leading child care and education,guiding teachers’ development,optimizing internal structure management and debugging external environment.At the same time,the author has also tried to study some affection factors towards the professional development of rural primary school affiliated kindergarten principal,and propose thestrategies to promote their professional development.The researchers hope through this research can enrich principal professional development theory, and to promote the principal’s more freely in response to the difficulties, to achieve better professional development.Hope that the results of this study can be more for rural primary school,kindergarten,government agencies and related management departments to accurately grasp rural elementary school affiliated kindergarten principals’ professional development and affiliated park management present situation,provide the basis and reference for the development of preschool education in the countryside.The research found that in kindergarten development planning, rural primary school affiliated kindergarten principals is delegated by the primary school principal.Sometimes,the principal or teachers in primary hold a concurrent post as the kindergarten principals, few of them have professional background of preschool education.The principals’ understanding of early childhood education,cognition and attitude is also showing polarization.In kindergarten development planning,although the principal value and the park service will democratic form of discuss,but in the planning process, few experts, the participation of parents and members of the community,such as multiplication force,the whole science problems and less likely to mention the implementation of the plan and to rectify the situation.To create the education cultural,rural primary school affiliated kindergarten principals recognized kindergarten culture vaguely,but in fact, they in kindergarten cultural construction has made a considerable effort,and achieved certain results,but the main emphasis on substance and culture,behavior and spiritual and cultural construction is insufficient.In leading conservation education, rural primary school affiliated kindergarten will kindergarten security issues as the primary problem of child care and teaching work,but on the whole their qualification situation is worrying and primary problem is still difficult to eradicate the ills.In leading teachers,first of all,the rural primary school affiliated kindergarten teachers to lead the understanding and cognition presents polarization trend;secondly,different levels of affiliated kindergarten teachers lead the professional knowledge level is uneven; finally,it is quite different ability and behavior in different levels of lead teachers to grow long subsidiary.To optimize the internal management,in the whole,the management of rural primary school affiliated kindergarten is divided into two types of dictatorship and democracy,and the construction of a relatively perfect management system, but the rural primary school affiliated kindergarten set up kindergartensautonomy is restricted. In the adjustment of the external environment,the rural primary school affiliated kindergarten cooperation work and achieved certain results,backed by the kindergarten and primary school the advantage of a play but not the good use of the resources of rural community kindergarten.This study analyzes the factors which influence the professional development of the principal of kindergarten attached to the rural primary school.In terms of micro-level, it mainly includes the kindergarten principal’s professional attitude and motivation,self-development awareness and demand,and the kindergarten principal’s personal characteristic,like professional background and acknowledge structure etc.In terms of middle-level,it mainly includes the primary school principal’s emphasis degree on the pre-school education, and the kindergarten management environment, for example, the cooperation relationship between family and kindergarten.In terms of macro-level,the factors which influence the professional development of kindergarten principal are all levels government’s policy support and urban-rural dual structure.Based on above investigation and analysis, this study proposes the tactics to improve the professional development of the rural primary school affiliated kindergarten principals,as far as the principal himself,firstly,the principal should change his traditional idea and strengthen professional identity.Secondly,according to the development requirement, the principal should make reasonable development plans.At last but not least,the principal should make full use of his advantages and optimize his acknowledge structure.In terms of kindergarten,it should create a good administration environment,for example,the kindergarten should clearly define the rights and liabilities of the principal,and enhance the principal’s decision-making power on the development of the kindergarten,and create a development community for the kindergarten principal.In terms of government, the government needs to further complete its system guarantee function, optimize the external environment, for example, the government should continuously improve its support to the rural pre-school education,and ensure the measures are truly carried out,strictly audit the qualification of the principal and build a top quality principal team,based on the ‘the standard of the kindergarten principal’,perfect the train system for the rural primary school affiliated kindergarten principals.
