Ideological Education Problem Of The Rural Order Oriented Medical Students In Guizhou Province

There are being shortage of doctors and medicine in Guizhou,Province till today,especially in the village and remote poverty mountain areas.In order to address the problem and cultivate general practitioner specially serving for the ordinary people in these place,governmental policy on the rural order oriented medical students has been carried out in 2010.The rural order oriented medical students are not only the main provider of primary health care services but also the “protectors” for the rural residents.Ideological education is the soul of medical education,and the purpose of the reform of education.The ideological education including the world outlook education,the outlook on education and the education of values,combine with the Thanksgiving education, the honesty education,the frustration education,the vocational education,the spirit of utter devotion education,the ability to communicate education,is the foundation of the medical education and the objective of the educational reform,the flexible use of the ideological education can enhance students’ abilities to some extent.There is necessity to take actions to improve this situation,that’s say, reinforce the students’ ideological education,finally become a excellent doctors who is “go down,leave on,put out,well done”,then we lay a solid ideological basis in the cultivating rural doctors.This paper takes the three universities of Zunyi Medical College,Guizhou Medical University,and Guiyang College of traditional Chinese medicine five years development to medical students as the research object,the main use of the research methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,on oriented students to implement the research and analysis of different grades.It has found that the differences in grade to students with different ideological contradiction,namely first grade of autonomous learning consciousness,second and third grade in a course learning pressure(due to sophomore,junior grade oriented students in their learning in terms of the stress characteristics compared to the same,so two grades combined research),senior professional quality problems,the fifth grade of career planning, and combined with the actual situation,the ideological education of oriented medical students in our province is also carried out.This paper mainly consists of five parts.The first part describes the production situation,the development of the status and its own characteristics of the oriented medical students.In the second part,the paper analyzes the situation of the ideological education of the orientation students,and discusses the necessity of strengthening the ideological education.The third part analyzes the ideological characteristics and problems of the medical students in different grades, and describes the necessity of the development of the ideological education.The fourth part discusses the causes of the problem of the existence of oriented medical students in each grade.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the ideological education.
