Evaluate Periodical Implementation Of Rural Order Directional TCM Free Training Project

Found that, policy understanding degree and satisfaction degree is low, the incentive is given priority to with external motivation, and negatively correlated with grade, employment will be affected by many factors, when meet the economic income, welfare treatment, the condition such as learning opportunities students prefer to stay at the grass-roots, professional commitment in the medium level, the ideal commitment to a minimum, professional commitment is different in different grade, Professional commitment will affect the students employment intention. Grassroots medical institutions pay more attention to the cultivation of the students’ ability to use, the curriculum and the practice teaching need to change. Through perfecting the policy, strengthening students’ ideological education, optimization of the curriculum, reform the practice teaching, strengthening the management of teaching; improve the present situation of talent cultivation for rural order directional of TCM.
