The Study On Academic Cultural Construction Of Graduates In Research-oriented Universities

Academic culture is an important part of the campus culture. Favorable academic culture plays a vital role of high-level talent and scientific research innovation in research-oriented universities. This study from the university management and system construction perspective, explore the academic cultural construction among the group of graduate students, and influence to individual development. The graduate study and life, including the university spirit as the guide, the degree training system as the standard, a wide range of activities participation and interaction as the main form plays a key role for improving the quality of graduate students. Research-oriented universities should build a favorable academic and cultural environment, so that the students born in which, imperceptibly affected by the positive influence and motivate, and automatic spontaneously finish the task of training plan to reach the requirements of training objectives. Graduate academic culture and its impact on the cultivation of graduate students, and how to take this effect, consciously adjust the relevant aspects of the training process to improve the training measures, which is the research focus of this paper.With the rich resources and high level of research and academic achievement, research-oriented university is the "big family" of graduate cultivation, which is the important object of this paper. Firstly, the research background, significance, the research ideas and research methods were introduced in the thesis, and then the related concepts of academic cultural construction of graduates in research-oriented universities were defined, and the theoretical basis of this study by means of educational theory and management theory were pointed out. Secondly, based on the previous studies, the author explored the connotation and extension of the academic culture of the university, and analyzed the relationship between the elements. On this basis, combined with the constituent elements of graduate academic culture, academic cultural characteristics, build a theoretical framework of graduates academic culture. With the theoretical analysis, the research use questionnaire survey research methods to investigate and study the present academic cultural construction of graduates and find out there are still some problems in the construction of postgraduate academic culture, such as some of the moral qualities of the graduate students to be improved, the academic system to be optimized and so on. Meanwhile, use theoretical research results to analyze the phenomena existing and problems in the construction of academic culture of graduates in order to get the reasonable and scientific explanation.Finally, on the basis of previous theoretical research and practical investigation, this thesis gives the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the construction of academic culture of graduates, namely strengthening academic ideas and the spirit of universities, perfecting academic system to enhance graduates academic norms and consciousness, establishing a more effective academic management pattern and so on.
