The student studying and development effectiveness depending on whether a good adaptation to college life, especially freshmen’s studying adaptability problem.Implementation of studying to adapt to the needs of the main active participation, also need external environment and studying resources for students studying adapted to provide good support. Improvement of external environment and resources does not necessarily bring to improve the studying quality of students, must also be the studying process for students to be concerned about. The study on based on the related theories of studying adaptation, Self-Authority theory as the breakthrough point, refining adjustment- absorption- integration stage of development, construct a freshman studying adapted to the specific measures. Through the freshman studying adaptation questionnaire, using descriptive analysis, variance analysis, T-test and other statistical methods for data processing. Survey found that, although students are aware of the subject is affect the studying and adaptation are key elements, but at present, there are still some take the initiative to adapt to ability, self-adjustment ability is weak, of university studying resource integrated utilization is insufficient, it is difficult to adapt to university teaching and management problems, since the initiative is not strong in a large extent affected the studying efficiency and adaptation.Students in the perspective of Self-Authority Theory to examine the relationship between individuals and the external environment of integration status, how to have the independent thinking and behavior, clear their own studying objectives and significance, will make decisions and judgments does not rely on external standard definition, in the absorption based on external information to self-worth based on make rational decisions, to help freshmen " self-Authority " studying to adapt to the new path.Research shows that active participation and input new subject is the fundamental guarantee to achieve self-authority studying adaptation. First of all, we should construct the students active studying atmosphere, taking previous studying experience, studying initiative, and through the strengthening of preventive education, looking for the best studying state; secondly, strengthen the self-regulation ability of freshmen, taking students as the principal part, improve studying university management mode, and starts with from the counselors help freshmen "absorption" studying resources; furthermore, highlighting the dominant position, enhance students’ integrated ability, rational face the pressure of schoolwork, promote cooperative studying between teachers and students, to further clarify the self-value, establish confidence in studying.
