Research On The Social Service Of The Freshman School's Adaptation Problem Study On

The adaptation problem of the freshman's school has attracted more and more attention.Every year after entering the school,the first-year freshmen must adapt to the new environment and new teachers,reconstruct the personal circles,face high piles of textbooks,and some freshmen.It is inevitable that there will be one or more kinds of incompatibility,especially in schools that require accommodation.New students will face more difficulties.For each freshman,adapting to the new environment is an important task that he faces after entering junior high school,and whether or not he can successfully adapt to junior high school life will directly affect the quality of his or her junior high school education and life for three years.This article takes H school in Dongguan City as an example to carry out the action research on the adaptation of the freshman's school and provide some new exploration experiences for the school social worker peers and the junior middle school educators.In this paper,literature analysis,questionnaire survey and action research methods were used to study 300 first-year freshmen in H schools in Dongguan City.The status and problems encountered by the first-year freshmen were investigated by questionnaires.This shows that the school's first-year freshmen's most adaptable performance is the relationship with the teacher.Based on the survey results,social worker observations and teacher communication,12 poorly-adapted freshmen were screened to try out group counselling and provide case counseling for a freshman to test whether the school social service can improve the school's adaptability problem.Through practical implementation,the group and the case have achieved good results.Therefore,the school social work can effectivelyimprove the school's adaptation problems.Finally,according to the internal and external factors of the theory of your freshman school adaptation,first of all,you must first make early understanding of the new stage,such as familiar with the campus,understand the new subjects,etc.,and secondly increase the teachers to adapt to the new students.After understanding and paying attention to the problem,we will then do a good job for the parents,such as organizing the first-year freshmen adaptation seminar for parents.
