The Study On Classification Management Of Beijing Local Colleges And Universities

Classification management is an effective way to solve the locator imbalance, loss of characteristics and tendency in the development of colleges and universities in China, and the effective mean to promote scientific management in colleges and universities.Beijing as one of the most developed areas of higher education, it not only has realized the development from elite to mass in recent years, but also has developed to the direction of popularization. Beijing Local colleges and universities as the main force of the education massification of Beijing higher education has not only increased the number and size, but also improved and enriched the school level and subjects. But with the rapid expansion of the scale, follow the problems of orientation imbalances, lack of features, developing trend of homogenization, how to avoid these problems and promote classification management in colleges and universities, have attracted widespread attention.This study is based on the theory of construction of framework and the different management theory, to construct the theoretical structure of classified management in colleges and universities. The study used the method of literature research, comparison and feature interviews, combined with the classification systems of management, summarized the problems of organized structure, hierarchy and discipline in the classified management of Beijing Local colleges and universities, analyzed the causes of the problems.The study concludes that analysis should start with the goal of implementing classified management in colleges and universities which based on the specified management point, research from the difference between the integrity of the system of higher education and universities.The study concludes that we start with two modes of optimization classification system and adjustment University classification management, combines the actual of Beijing Local colleges and universities, and clear the host structure of Beijing Local colleges and universities, building guarantees system; specify the running level structure of Beijing Local colleges and universities, prompted the reasonable positioning; adjust the discipline professional structure of Beijing Local colleges and universities and avoid the occupation the phenomenon of convergence.
