With professional intervention and support, therefore, is to help them rebuild independent personality, to realize the urgent needs of the people to live independently.The author participated in the 2015 central government budget to support "love let sunshine more bright and beautiful" demonstration project, in the process of project implementation to reach such a group of people, they are in middle age, disabled unemployed, choosing a slam shut, entrepreneurial road, body and mind are under great pressure, they have a common demand- "reduce stress in your life with our own hands.Today, the author should be the trend of the online sales, mainly studies the middle-aged unemployed people with disabilities to create the store procedure, advantages and problems in middle-aged unemployed people with disabilities in the investigation and study the living status of vulnerable groups, based on the use of group social work, the method of design and implementation of work in groups of seven, for six people with disabilities to provide business confidence, micro shop primer to preach, mobile phone APP software use, micro store marketing skills training, successful experience sharing and internal support group created 7 part of the service. At the same time, the author combines the entrepreneurial team’s successful experience and deficiency, and the community of persons with disabilities Specialized cadre.Planning and improve the content of the project, not only makes possible the continuation of the group, also work for disabled persons and the community to provide more experience.
