It advocated to change the way of learning. While, the content of the "activity" in the geography textbooks aim to consolidate knowledge, cultivate abilities, Therefore, the study of the activity is not only beneficial to change the previous view of teachers and students, but also beneficial to improve the atmosphere of the classroom teaching. This paper whose purpose is server the geography teaching, is based on the high school geography curriculum standard. According to different students’ behaviors and cognition levels, it aims to analyze the high school geography Book III of Hunan education press.The paper, is focus on the analysis of the content of "activities", the characteristic of redact and the function of education. It analyze the current situation of "activities" teaching and also analyze the brief reasons.In order to use each kind of activity efficient, the paper focuses on analyzing the effective implement strategy of the activity, and puts forward the principles of the valid implement strategy: the principle of the consistency of the content and the teaching aims; the principle of the consistency of the content and the development level of the students; the principle of the teacher and the students perform their own function and learning.For the content of the activity in textbooks, the paper raise the teaching strategy: according to the actual teaching situation, the paper deletes and supplies the content of "activities", chooses the time to start "activities". Meanwhile, in allusion to different kinds of activity, the paper gives different teaching strategies and explains the operation procedures.
