| Since 2009, full-time post-graduate education of professional degree has developed rapidly. However, many problems come along with it, such as a lack of off-campus tutors, courses lacking feasible applicability, professional practice bases in short supply. The administrative departments of education as well as other related organizations and bodies have enforced the specific assessment on professional degree issuing authority in order to speed up the post-graduate education reform, promote the construction of professional master’s degree issuing orthogonality, solve the existing problems of post-graduate education of professional degree, as well as ensure the quality of talents training. Therefore, this thesis tries to construct the conformity assessment system of the professional Master of Engineering degree issuing authority and provides reference scheme for it. The main contents of this research include the following aspects:Firstly,through the literature review, the deficiencies of related research from home and abroad are pointed out and their achievements are drawn on to provide reference for this study. Then it elaborates the concepts related to this study and defines the contents and scopes of the conformity assessment of degree issuing authority.Then, according to the relevant policies, CIPP and problems faced by the post-graduate education of professional degree, the particularity of constructing the Master of Engineering degree issuing authority, the reform of post-graduate education system and the quality requirement of teaching and education in post-graduate education of professional degree, five dimensions to assess the master of Engineering degree issuing authority are proposed: target and standards, basic conditions, talent training, quality assurance, and training effectiveness. And the connotations, reasons and viewpoints of these five factors are respectively analyzed.Thirdly, on the basis of the five assessment factors of the master of Engineering degree issuing authority and its relevant policies, assessment indexes are chosen todevelop into a assessment index draft. Then by methods of Delphi method and focus group interview, the draft is modified to form a final one.Finally, based on the final scheme of the assessment index system, AHP analytic hierarchy process is applied to assign the questionnaire on assessment index weight, and the values obtained are for the guidance of constructing the Professional Master of Engineering degree issuing authority. |
