In recent years, the revitalization of the rural education career has attracted more and more attention of the central party committee. “The national long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)” put forward to promote fair as the basic policy of education development, the focus of the education fair is to promote balanced development of the compulsory education. Overall, our country’s rural education is still the most vulnerable part of the overall education career, teachers’ whole quality is not high is still an important factor restricting the development of rural education. “In one hundred, education for this ", the key to the development of the compulsory education in the rural areas is the construction a reasonable structure, sufficient quantity, high quality, stable team, rooted in rural teachers, especially in the less developed areas, strengthen the construction and management of rural teachers are particularly urgent and important. While the less developed areas of rural school teachers team in a short period of time could not recruit more talents. Therefore, strengthen the construction of the teachers can only go the way of connotative development, many measures, and constantly improve the overall quality of teachers. This paper selects Qingyang City as a case, the present situation, problems and reasons in less developed areas of rural teachers team construction were depth analysised and on this basis, put forward several basic ideas of the rural teachers team construction of Qingyang city, from point to surface, hope to other less developed areas can have certain reference value, and strive to make our country rural compulsory education development to a new level.This paper follows the basic course of "finding problems, analyzing reasons and solving problems". The introduction mainly introduces the background of the selected topic, combing the literature at home and abroad, to determine the research ideas and methods.The first part defines the relevant concepts and expounds the theoretical basis; The second part combined with field survey, through Qingyang City rural compulsory education teachers’ team overall quantity, overall quality, teachers structure, wages and stability to analysis teachers’ troop construction present situation and find out the existing problems.The third part, on the basis of Qingyang City rural compulsory education teacher team construction present situation analysis, combined with existing research data, combined with the less developed area oneself is actual, to explore the influence of Qingyang City rural areas teach teacher team construction factors, summarize the problems caused by several factors: total lack of the central financial investment, backward in the level of economic development in the northwest region, running deviation of the policy, the teachers management mechanism is not perfect, teachers complementary mechanism is not perfect; The fourth part, in view of the problems existing in Qingyang City rural compulsory education teachers team construction, and its causes, based on reality, puts forward some basic ideas: increase financial investment in compulsory education, establish the civil servant status of teachers in primary and middle schools in the rural areas, improve rural compulsory education teacher resources allocation mechanism, set up the teacher lifelong learning concept.
