The elementary Chinese literacy teaching is very important and difficult in the primary school, application of education game can improve the efficiency of primary school Chinese, especially in the low period of literacy teaching. This paper optimizes the integration of educational games and Chinese characters teaching in primary school from two respects of theoretical research and practical application. Also it explored and the primary school Chinese education game especially low in the period of literacy teaching strategies of application and the basic method.Through consulting to relevant materials and specific teaching practice of the author, this study learns that Chinese literacy education in lower years of primary school are facing problems like the literacy burden being heavy for pupils, literacy methods lacking of individuality, pupils losing interests, teachers facing high pressure and low efficiency of literacy. Then it introduces teaching games that can improve the efficiency of literacy education. Through the discussion of teaching games, carrying out specific education design utilizing teaching games in literacy education for lower years of primary school, it puts forth some workable models and practical examples in the perspective of specific practice in school, discusses the value and feasibility of applying teaching games in literacy education for lower years of primary school. Lastly, through questionnaire and quasi-experiment research, this paper proves that the effect of teaching games in literacy education for lower years of primary school is remarkable.As a tool that assists teaching, the application of teaching games is integrated with the literacy education for lower years of primary school, which does not only optimize the method of traditional literacy education for lower years of primary school, but alsoprovide new power for the design of traditional literacy education. It can be believed that,with the constant development of science and technology, teaching games and game-based teaching methods that are suitable for pupils will play an important role in future education.
