To reinforce the cultivation of minority elites in Xinjiang, and making full use of better education resources of Inland, China has followed the schema of Tibet class since 2000, and established the Xinjiang—Inland High School Classes in some key middle schools of 12 development cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin, for impelling the development of minority elites in Xinjiang. Currently, the scale of the Xinjiang—Inland High School Classes is continuously extending. The average enrollment has extent from 1000to9880 since 2000 to2014,and has cultivated up to 80.2 thousands over the past 16 years.Consequently, it, to some degree, does have some impacts to study the current situation of Xinjiang—Inland High School Classes, analyzing the problems it has, for improving school-running system, promoting their teaching quality on minority elites. Firstly, this study described the development process of our national education, culture adaption and identity, via the methods of fired work, literature review and statistic analysis, to introducing and analyzing the current circumstance which Beijing He Ping street Y middle School has, especially deeply discussed the problems about the recruitment and the source of students.This text is divided into four chapters:To describe the reason why the Xinjiang—Inland High School would be established and it’s current development condition, chapter one introduced the background of our national education.Chapter two paid more attention on the social adaption of Xinjiang—Inland High School’s students, at the same time discussed their future so that we can consider about the possibility of elites cultivation. Chapter three made a conclusion of implement achievement about Xinjiang—Inland High School and discussed the problem of student source and adaption it may has. The last chapter had a reflection about this policy and the extending of elites education.The implement and development of Xinjiang—Inland High School Classes let us observe clearly about the track, prospect and dilemma, which Xinjiang minority elites have been cultivated,at the same time realized the responsibility national education has, as well. Except education itself,we could let the adolescents in different minorities of Xinjiang keep more contact with Inland areavia the form of Xinjiang—Inland High School Classes to enjoy it’s better education resources and to improve their acknowledge about Inland society.
