Design And Realization Of College Laboratory Supplies Management System

With the development of electronic information technology, digital office begin to be popular in vocational colleges. Laboratory as an important place for training students’ practice ability in vocational colleges, the quality of its management system is essential for students’ study. Laboratory supplies management system is an important guarantee for laboratory stable operation. Develop a comprehensive laboratory supplies management system, not only can improve the efficiency of the supplies management, protect the quality of manage laboratory supplies, reduce the laboratory maintenance and operating costs, but also maintain stable operation of laboratory, promote the upgrading of the laboratory.Paper first analyzes the status of laboratory supplies management system in domestic and abroad, then analyzes the problems that exist in supplies management of my college, collects the needs of users according to the summary of laboratory users and management’s feedback, and analyzes the feasibility of the system development. Secondly, designs the overall system architecture, database, system function module and two-dimensional code functions in detail, focuses on face recognition technology, which is based on local binary pattern and nearest neighbor face recognition algorithm, and applied to the system login module. The system mainly uses Visual Basic language and Access database development, compared with the traditional supplies management system, the system improves management efficiency and convenience.In this paper, the system is tested, the test results shows that the system is stable, well completion supplies management operations.
