Adolescence is critical period in the development of adolescent physical and mental, but also the most potential period of easy to form bad habits, this not only harm to adolescent health and life, but also caused many social problems, for young adulthood impact and damage caused by the health and quality of life also.Most unilateral research for child neglect and health risk behaviors, and most concentrated in the economically developed city, the lack of minority high school students and economically underdeveloped regions neglected health risk behaviors related research. Provide a theoretical basis to ignore health and health risk behaviors, as Xiangxi relevant departments to formulate appropriate policies, intervention programs and improvement measures by analyzing the Xiangxi Tujia and Miao school students, reduce ignore status and health risk behaviors among high school students in the Western Region.Taking Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Nationalities rural Middle School neglect health and health risk behaviors for the study, mainly from the physical neglect, emotional neglect, medical neglect, educational neglect, neglect and social neglect six security levels, health risk behaviors and poor diet behavior, lack of physical exercise behavior, injury-related behavior, substance abuse and mental aspects of addiction five questionnaire, general exercise literature, field trips, mathematical statistics and other research methods to understand the Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Students’ neglect status and health risk behaviors situation, influencing factors analysis ignored health and health risk behaviors, health risk behaviors to explore different aspects of neglect. Research indicates:(1) Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Nationalities rural Middle School in addition to security neglect and medical neglect, the other ignored levels were significant(P <0.05); ignoring compare different gender situation, in addition to emotional neglect and medical neglect, the other ignored levels are higher in boys than girls; in less ignored the students section, in addition to physical neglect, the neglect of other high school students were higher than the level of junior high school students, in addition to medical neglect and ignore other outside dimensions were significant(P <0.05)(2) Xiangxi Tujia and Miao more than 60% of high school students in the past 7 days did not drink a glass of milk; 56% lack of exercise; 46% regularly watch television; in the past year, more than one in three students to a non-secure place game; the past 30 days, more than 30 percent of high school students wear a cycle; more than 41% tried smoking, more than 23% of current smokers, more than 29 percent of ≤13 years of smoking; 63% of high school students try to drink more than 29% currently drinking, more than 30% alcohol ≤13 years; more than 16% of high school students playing video games addiction.(3) Xiangxi Tujia and Miao rural Students’ Neglect vulnerable mother’s education level, gender, lonely, child, academic and other aspects; health risk behaviors vulnerable to depression, gender, father’s education, child, lonely, fights, often watching TV, lack of physical exercise and other aspects of the impact.Recommendation: play the government’s macro-management functions, enhance students’ physical and mental health education, to build a harmonious home-school relationship, and guide students to establish a positive and optimistic attitude towards life, the rational use of the positive role of new media.
