Investigation Of Primary Fraternity Education And Countermeasures

Fraternity is an important part of socialist core values, it is an good moral character of individual, and it is also an important factor which an individual get continuous development and progress.In general, the lack of the students’fraternity is closely related to a variety of problems which we face in education and the lack of our fraternity Education. This paper is aim to help students form a good fraternity quality, and enhance their quality of life in practice;explore the status quo of primary students in education fraternity and exited problems, factors infect pupils fraternity Education, the root of lack and Training Strategies in primary pupil fraternity education, etc.. Fraternity education aims to cultivate the quality of students’ fraternity. Individuals’social practice and Life skills, emotional experience life which they acquired from the practice have an important impact on their future physical and mental development and the formation of sound personality.In this paper, using literature study and questionnaire to conducted a systematical survey and research to study the current status of primary education fraternity, specifically including the following aspects:first, in the new era vigorously carry forward the socialist core values, education fraternity produce far-reaching impact to pupils. Pupils fraternity education level is an important aspect related to the entire basic education field. Secondly, the present study investigate the theoretical basis of fraternity education, we respectively discuss the practice of communication theory, theory of life world, emotional education theory, the theory of human psychology, humanism, and caring theory which support for fraternity education. Third, based on surveys, the author analyzes and compares the current status of primary education fraternity, influencing factors, and then pointed out the problems that exited in the current primary school education fraternity. Fourth, for the analysis of lack in fraternity education, suggest the following several improvement measures, including: cultivate individuals’an healthy outlook fraternity, raising the level of education of the fraternity; parents set an good example and improve friendly atmosphere of family education; enhance communication and dialogue between teachers and students, to help students initiative to develop the quality of friendship; strengthen the network supervision, to create a good network culture etc.
