Historical knowledge is infinite, across the East and West, runs through the ancient and modern, comprehensive, complex. If let students grasp each historical events and figures is undoubtedly the Arabian Nights. The connection is a universal phenomenon, therefore, in the teaching of history in the process by using association rules, can play a role in the half. Lenovo phenomenon in the field of educational psychology high-profile, experts, scholars have the essence of Lenovo and related theories of a lot of discussion. So far, in history teaching, teachers students to impart knowledge, students to memorize historical occurrences, the end result is students feel dizzy brain rise and confused, not thinking, mechanically, Knowledge isolated, fragmented, not a system, Lenovo ability is low. To be in full swing in the new lesson today show improvement, the first line of teaching in the history of the majority of teachers have the need to strengthen the cultivation of students’thinking ability.The main body of this paper consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction, including the reason of choosing this topic, research status, research significance, research methods; the second part for the concept definition and theoretical basis, including several important concepts defined cognitive learning theory, constructivist learning theory, the theory of learning transfer and forgotten the law theory; the third part is associative thinking characteristics, classification and its embodiment in the teaching of history; the fourth part is the necessity, the principle and the way to cultivate the ability of historical association thinking; The fifth part is the reflection on the cultivation of the thinking ability of historical association.In this paper, by the new class change teaching idea and the education psychology theory as a guide, combined with the history and the characteristics of the substitute, practice, tutor experience, preliminary exploration of the cultivation of this important subject thinking ability in history teaching in high school.
