With "science" as the theme of current education teaching activities, teachers often ignore the importance of "technology". Technological literacy, relative to the scientific literacy education in obvious disadvantage. Throughout history, however, we can find that the history of chemistry from a certain extent is also a history of technology development, and should not be ignored in the chemistry teaching attention to the "technology", the teachers should give attention to "technology" is placed in a with the status of "science" are equally important. Technical education should be throughout the whole of science education, especially the chemistry education has always been, should pay attention to technology for the influence of science and technology for society, etc. Will technology to teaching and research center, get rid of technology education in the teaching process in the "accessory products" awkward position.Based on this, the conflicts of interest and justice principle, role conflict and responsibility principle, rights conflict with democratic principles guiding ideology, the author analyses the related content of teaching material; Deep social, interviewed related professionals, has formed a preliminary development of teaching resources; Use the organization form of inquiry learning, adopts the role playing and debate teaching strategies for the design of technology ethics research learning plan. Activities in the design of interactive multivariate evaluation, its purpose is to let students experience in the real situation and examine, analysis, judgment, choice, the importance of experience technology ethics in public affairs, examine the ethical questions of technological society, and examine the value orientation of many choices.The aim of this study is that the future is no longer engaged in chemical science students, even those in the future, and so on industry of culture, art, economy, administration of students, to learn through this participation, experience, decided to the activities of the public affairs, to get the corresponding empathy, issue facing similar transaction or in the future to make the right value judgment.
