A Study On The Factors And Current Situation Of Technical And Vocational Education Graduate Students’ Research Competence

The technical and vocational graduate students as the important power of improving the technical and vocational research level in the future, with the number of technical and vocational graduate students increasing, by enhancing the research competence to improve technical and vocational education graduate students’quality is core of developing the subject of technical and vocation education.In this study, author choosing ten universities which have the master section of technical and vocational education as research subjects to study the factors and present situations of technical and vocational graduate students’research competence. Combining with previous research results and according to the logic of research process to define and analyze the concept and structure factors, author basing these to build the theory model to test the present situations of technical and vocational graduate students’research competence and make questionnaire.68 graduate students of 7 universities were selected as pre-test subjects, and then by item-analysis、 exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, after removing some items which isn’t conformed to the provisions of mathematical statistics, we obtain a questionnaire including 27 items.Choosing 7 seminars on "Subject Construction and Graduate Education of Technical and Vocational" from 2004 to 2014 as clue, author reviewing the history and characteristics on cultivating technical and vocational graduate students’research competence. And then, author deeply analyzing the research competence current situation of technical and vocational education master, which including the differences and characters on grades、sex and school types. Standing on the grounds of technical and vocational education maste、courses assessment ways、teaching ways、 cultivation ways and research environment to study influence factors. At last, author from the different perspectives of technical and vocational education graduate students、the ways of curriculum assessment and teaching、school and government to study the strategies of enhancing research competence of technical and vocational education master.
