Research On College Students Counseling And Its Methods System

College students are in the critical period of growth of life, they are rapidly maturing, but not mature enough, they continue to think, choose and explore, but still feel confused, and faced a lot of problems. Although the universities are generally equipped with mental health center, and they can teach students to vent their emotions, adapt themselves, but can not fundamentally solve the substantive issues faced by students, In order to serve their growth, promote higher education personnel training, in this paper I will explore how to promote innovation and development of the methods of ideological and political education in college students, and finally propose that counseling and tutoring is an effective and practical way to solve the problem of current students, and to promote the development of the students 。In this paper, I firstly conducted a study on the connotation of college counseling, and then put forward that it has the characteristics of development, humanistic care, equality, dialogue, professionalism and so on, Then I point out the unique value of college counseling for college students’ growth, high school education management and methods of Ideological and political education development, that is, the necessity of introducing college students’ counseling into College Ideological and political education. Then, around the students’ life content, I discuss the main types of counseling of college students, namely, the scope of the application of college student counseling, and think it should include academic counseling, interpersonal relationship counseling, career counseling, counseling of daily life, love and marriage counseling, psychological health counseling, success counseling, special needs group counseling. In the third and fourth part of the article, this paper tries to explore the principles and methods of college student counseling and guidance from the perspective of method system construction, In the third part, it points out the principles that should be adhered to, including the principle of subjectivity, the principle of interaction, the guiding principle, the service principle and the developing principle. In the fourth part, I put forward the basic methods that can be taken, including individual counseling, group counseling and network counseling, and point out the specific operation methods of each method.
