In sociology, interpersonal relationship is formed by the social relations between people, which is established and developed in the process of interaction with each other. Education practice is very important in teacher education form, as the main body of education practice process, interns and teachers in the interaction form all sorts of human relations. On the one hand, human relations is good or not will affect both sides of the internship experience and the smooth completion of teaching practice; on the other hand, based on the premise of good interpersonal interaction will promote the development of interns. Therefore, the research on the interpersonal interaction of interns and teachers in the process of educational practice has certain significance.First, researcher put forward questions and establish research object based on combing the existing literature. This study selected H university students majoring in preschool education as questionnaire object and randomly selected 10 interns and their instructor as depth interviews; and followed interns into classroom to learn the situation of interpersonal interaction between interns and teachers. It can be divided into four types, from the background information, teaching guidance, daily communication and judgment of interpersonal relationship to carry on the qualitative description.Secondly, on the basis of the present study, combined with interaction analysis and social penetration theory to analyze the process and ways between interns and teachers during interaction, from dynamic and static aspect make a theory explanation and summarization.Then combined with the interview data, based on the theory, factors affecting interns and teachers interpersonal interaction and relationship were discussed. Mainly includes the mentality, character, guide way, time and other factors (kindergarten system, key events), etc.Finally, the researcher puts forward the strategy of establishing good interpersonal relationship form three aspects:the interns and teachers, the school and the kindergarten. Interns in the interaction with the instructor should learn self-regulation, choose the dominant ego state; clarify the responsibilities of both sides in the practice to maintain the correct role; grasp the degree of self-disclosure to develop positive relationships. Schools should look at the social demand for teachers and interns, kindergartens should provide environment and institutional guarantee for internships, establish cooperation community, thereby helping interns and teachers to have a benign interaction, establish good relationships and complete the education internship.
