| The introduction and presentation of learning community has gradually increased Since the 21st century, which enriches the research of teacher community. In our country, the research of teacher community is still at an initial stage, focused on the theoretical level. After reviewing existing research, we find teacher community has a variety of forms in education practice. Among them, the teaching and research group is particularly popular. However, the research of teacher community tends to generalize. Therefore, to rediscover the authenticity and spirit of teacher community from the perspective of ecological philosophy is an urgent problem needing to solve. It not only can help clarify the concept of teacher community on the theoretical level, but also can guide the development of teaching and research group, reduce the actual operation of the fuzzy and confusion in practice.This paper reviews and criticizes three more influential views, such as relationship group, learning organization, effective mode, then put forward the concept of teacher community from the perspective of ecological philosophy, pointing out that it is an ecosystem and then analyze its composition and characteristic. This paper analyses the problem of teacher community from the perspective of ecological philosophy. Firstly, it has cognitive bias. For example, one part dominates the theme; the relationship has deviation; the development target looks simple and passive. Secondly, the activity is not very ideal. It mainly reflected in the obstacles of cooperation, cooperation culture and the generalization of activity effect. Thirdly, teachers’responsibility still needs to improve. Main shows are as follows:teachers’teaching reflection becomes a mere formality; teachers’ sense of identity needs to be strengthened. Finally, it’s the defect of system, such as mandatory administration, little external communication and single communication form. At the same time, the article reveals the reason from three aspects: teacher, system, culture. To reconstruct teacher community, we can take specific measures from three aspects, such as teacher, school, culture. The specific strategies include cultivating ecological development of cognitive concept, building harmonious and orderly professional relationship, establishing the ecological ethic for each other, keeping sustainable management system and contributing to the vibrant cooperation culture. |
