| With the rapid development of society, the education system is also in the unceasing innovation. At present, primary and secondary education in China promoting the reform of new curriculum is in full swing; however, there still exist a realistic problem which is the unbalanced development of major subject and minor subject in the middle school education system. Art subject has become the important carrier of aesthetic education, so to improving the quality of art education, the development of teachers’ professional quality and teaching level, no doubt become the key to push. To this end, various regions in China carry out targeted training programs and the "national training plan" among these projects is the most representative. The implementation of the project broke the traditional forms of training. In the process of training implementation, it emphasizes three ideas which are to break through the framework of training, Pragmatic effectiveness and to blaze innovation abroad, and formally promotes the innovation of teachers’in-service training.In this paper, taking the fine arts teachers of more than 20 middle schools at Six urban areas and surrounding county towns of Guilin, which include Xiufeng, Diecai, Xiangshan, Seven star, Wild goose mountain Districts and Lingui newly developed district, as the research sample, the author Use literature research method, Field investigation research method, interview recording, and method of comparative research to carry out the research on the training curriculum of the middle school fine arts teachers in Guilin, through the investigation and interview to analyze the condition of GuangXi District’s fine arts training curriculum and the present condition of middle school art teachers’ professional skills. Thereinto, taking the training program of Guangxi Normal University "National training plan" as a sample, the author sets out to look for the plight of in-service training now, mainly from three perspectives which include the influencing factors, Curriculum Provision and teaching process. Secondly, aimed at the individual interview of Guilin teachers, it researches and analyzes the excellent cases of the training organized by two universities in domestic. Starting mainly from the four directions, which are the demand of teacher’s professional development, the effectiveness of training implementation, the diversity of curriculum resources and the targeted training content, as well as analyzing and thinking, it puts forward reasonable Suggestions and optimization countermeasures to clarify the present situation and development direction of the junior middle school fine arts discipline curriculum provision of teachers in Guilin, and provides certain reference and theoretical basis for formulating the development trend which conforms to the teacher specialization as well as the arrangement of in-service training curriculum scheme which embodies the regional characteristics in the future.The main content of this paper is divided into five parts as follows. The first part:introduction. It mainly includes the subject source, the definition of selected topic, the purpose and significance of selected topic, the domestic and foreign research reviews and research methods, the innovation points and difficulties;The second part:Understanding of the in-service training basic situation of Guilin middle school art teachers. It conducts an investigation and analysis, mainly according to the current situation of Guilin middle school art teachers’ professional skills and the on-the-job training courses. Selecting individual representative junior high school teachers of fine arts with the distinctive nature of characteristics as well as ones who participate in "National training plan" of Guangxi Normal University, it conducts the research with the form of questionnaire and case interview to understand the basic present situation and actual demand of teachers to further confirm the effect of in-service training on the development of teachers’ skills and the importance of perfecting the "National training plan".The third part:To research the plight of teacher training in Guilin. According to the policy issued by the education bureau and the national distribution of proportion on the teacher training curriculum, it analyzes from the perspective of influencing factors, training process and the curriculum, and makes a comparison with reference to the related training data of universities and the middle school art teachers involved in actual situation. To integrate the relevant personnel interview data of the teacher trainer, teacher trainee and the head of the education bureau, it makes a research comparatively with reference to the typical cases of the "National training plan" organized by other domestic universities.The fourth part:To put forward and improve the development countermeasure of curriculum. Learning from the training curriculum of domestic outstanding subject teachers and with reference to the related outstanding foreign experience, combining with the region teaching characteristics and the actual condition of junior high school teachers of fine arts, it puts forward improvement suggestion from the four aspects included the demand, effectiveness, diversity and pertinence.The fifth part:To optimize the practical significance of curriculum training scheme. It carries on the analysis from the direction "the post service training——permanent——education system transformation". The on-the-job training courses of high school art teacher still has not formed an integral and systematic system, and its process of establishing still needs the support and development plan of our district education departments. Also, it still needs the related researchers to further perfect it in the future more in-depth theoretical analysis and practical research.The countermeasures and viewpoints put forward by this topic conducive to meet the actual demand of teacher training, to improve the training effect of the development of teacher’s professional skill as well as to cultivate outstanding teachers who could satisfy the requirement of new curriculum reform of fine arts. It has a certain theoretical and practical significance for promoting the development of the art professionalization of the middle region and western education in China. |
