In the context, our country education take a new curriculum reform in order to adapt to time’s development. With the development of new curriculum reform, as a original teaching theory and as a effective teaching and learning method, cooperative learning has been paid widely attention to academia especially the field of education. It also become a hot research field in the recently. It is advocated by the core values of teaching students to learn how to cooperate with the needs of the development of the times, which is also the basic requirement of qualified citizens in modern society.With the more and more in-depth and specific study of cooperative learning, common goal as a important element of cooperative learning has been paid increasing attention, through the analysis of the existing research results, most of the researches are still the domestic academic of discussion on the common goal. The common goal is an important element of cooperative learning and play an important role in the process of carrying out cooperative learning, there is no cooperative learning without common goal. Common goal is the teaching goal of cognition and identification of all the members, that is a complicated process. Through classroom observation and after class interview,the author found many teachers of the common goal in the lack of clear understanding, and that understanding of cooperative learning in concluding common goal is not comprehensive enough, so tend to put teaching goal as the common goal, ignoring the teaching goal to the common goal of the conversion process. Therefore, it lead to appear some problems in classroom teaching that cooperative learning becomes a mere formality or simple and so on.Although it is short of theoretical reference in the field of cooperative learning on the common goal, it has a relatively clear theoretical support in the field of management, in this paper from the perspective of management While author draws on Peter Senge identify with the common goal of theory, the key to reach the common goal carries on the theory discussion and combines with the high school thought political lesson teaching way to discuss on the main part of the concluded common goal in teaching application. This paper aims at enrich the cooperative learning theory and hope it can have important theoretical significance, also has certain reference significance of cooperative learning teaching.This research mainly from the following several parts to discuss relevant issues:The first part is the introduction part. According to problems, author distinguish that carding and analyze the research status of cooperative learning and common goals, and then put forward the significance of this topic and the basic ideas and research methods. Through literature analysis, it is found that the existing cooperation learning theory research from the different angles to study the common goal to reach the common goal of research is still very weak, common purpose studied more in-depth in team management science.
