On Bearing Right And Birth Control

The right to birth is a natural right, and also, a basic human right. As human civilization progresses, human reproductive behavior develops into a right. The right to birth is the achievement of the international campaign for human rights, which was a significant event. Bearing right should be treasured by us all.However, just like all the other rights, the right to birth should also be restricted when necessary. The restriction of bearing right does not mean the deprivation of it. The purpose to restrict the right to birth is to protect the interests of general public and children.The restriction of bearing right can be divided into two categories:Firstly, the restriction of the public; secondly, the restriction of the individual. The restriction of the public could usually be seen in countries with a large population. In order to limit the population, measures should be taken to restrict citizens’ right to birth. The restriction of the individual is to restrict the bearing right of specific people, like the prisoners, the AIDS patients, and the unmarried people.The two categories of the restriction of bearing right are the innovation of this paper. This article believes that we should care more about the next generation, therefore, when it’s needed, the bearing right of the adults must be restricted, so that the interests of the children can be protected.
